We are committed to leaving every building better than it was before we got there and correspondingly, we begin each project with an energy audit to help us understand how your home is working as a system, before we ever make any changes to it.

Often renovations provide us with an opportunity to access areas of the buildings that we would not normally be able to reach. This offers us a unique ability to improve a buildings energy use which may otherwise not be cost effective. On more complex projects, we will model the changes beforehand using sophisticated energy modeling software and look at the impact of the proposed changes on the performance of the building. Regardless of the complexity and scope of the project, all are completed using the building practices based on the latest building science and energy savings techniques.
